Institutional level Investment

Pricing, profit share and interest rates are all agreed on a case by case basis however there is an initial charge of €10,000 plus VAT for the creation of the Business Plan, Investment Memorandum and Financial Model.

Fund Raising

1.25% success fee on all funds raised

Management

Management fees: 0.75% of funds raised paid monthly spread out for the duration of the project
