Source and Inspect
Source and inspect - Not every property is suitable. Our expert team assess multiple properties on a daily basis, making physical inspections on units fitting our criteria.

Underwrite
Reunify underwrite each opportunity to ensure it is financially viable.

Investment Committee
Approval agreement reached within 48-72 hours.

Acquire
Reunify enter into a contract for sale, aiming to close within 6 – 8 weeks from sale agreed.

Renovate and Deliver
We typically pre-agree delivery of our completed units to Approved Housing Bodies within 6-12 months and engage with them at the earliest possible stage in order to understand their design and fit out requirements so we can renovate to their desired standards.
